Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC seeks an Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Lead to drive Lean-based operational excellence at a vaccine manufacturing site. You will partner with operations and support teams to embed Lean practices, strengthen performance, and sustain continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include leading OS deployment, guiding continuous improvement initiatives, coaching leaders on Lean behaviors and standard work, and ensuring alignment with quality

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading improvement in regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, process thinking, and execution skills.
