Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance.
• Develop goals aligned with strategic business objectives for the site and cascade them.
• Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented and audited at all levels of the organization.
• Coach all levels on the 3 lean leadership principles: Go See, Ask Why, Always Show Respect.
• Provide training on the Performance Management System and lean tools.
• Track performance to targets and manage the PDCA cycle to address gaps.
• Synchronize site activities with global improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Assist in policy deployment for the site including goal setting and tracking execution.
