Sealed Air in Lenoir, NC is seeking a Performance Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence and align local initiatives with global improvement efforts. You will coach teams, implement lean tools, and ensure the Performance Management System is used to close gaps and improve outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional projects, train staff at all levels, and monitor performance against targets, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Continuous Improvement experience required.
• Strong data analytics skills required.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams required.
• Strong hands‑on experience required.
• Strong project identification/execution experience required.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, generating results with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation/negotiation skills.
• Must be flexible, innovative, and able to set own priorities.
• Polished presentation, business acumen, and facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with high-volume operations.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Change Agent Experience.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance.
• Develop and propose goals which support strategic business objectives for the site.
• Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented and sustained through verification at all levels.
• Coach all levels of the site on the Performance Management System with Lean leadership principles.
• Ensure proper training is provided for all levels to support the Performance Management System.
• Track performance to planned levels/targets and ensure the PCDA cycle addresses gaps.
• Synchronize the site with global improvement activities and initiatives.
• Assist in policy deployment for the site including goal setting and tracking of execution.
