Job summary

The role focuses on Lean principles, hands-on problem solving, coaching teams, and accelerating performance through effective Performance Management System deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Continuous Improvement experience required.
• Strong data analytics skills required.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams required.
• Strong hands-on experience required.
• Strong project identification/execution experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance across the site.
• Develop and propose goals aligned with strategic objectives and cascade them site-wide.
• Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented and sustained with audits at all levels.
• Coach all levels on lean leadership: Go See, Ask Why, Always Show Respect.
• Provide training for the Performance Management System and lean tools.
• Track performance to planned targets and ensure the PDCA cycle addresses gaps.
• Synchronize site activities with global improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Assist in policy deployment including goal setting and execution tracking.
