Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process optimization across manufacturing operations. You will drive improvements to safety, quality, service, cost, and OEE through data-driven problem solving in collaboration with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, experience in fast-paced manufacturing, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and OEE improvement
• Analyze production and operational data to identify root causes and drive process optimization efforts
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues
• Support CAPEX planning and execution for projects that improve capacity, productivity, and cost performance
• Develop and standardize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies
