Sazerac Company in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive productivity improvements across our manufacturing network. You will partner with plant operations and cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives that cut costs and boost OEE.
You will analyze data, build business cases, and guide projects from start to finish, while promoting standardized work, visual management, and rigorous problem solving across sites.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,955 - $158,933. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
