Job summary

esVolta is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive scalable processes and AI-enabled improvements across Asset Management and Operations for utility-scale BESS assets. You will lead Sitetracker deployment, SOP development, and cross-functional workflows, aligning contract management, compliance, and project onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management, project management, business operations, or related function.
• Experience with Sitetracker or optimization of enterprise tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and operations.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to create SOPs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sitetracker implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption for post-COD operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, templates, and training materials for contract management and Asset Management workflows.
• Translate contract, O&M, warranty, compliance, safety, and technical requirements into repeatable workflows for Sitetracker.
• Use AI to identify gaps, apply lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across assets and projects.
• Manage special projects to improve Sitetracker usage and drive efficiencies.
