Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Industrial/Process Improvement, Operations, or Project Management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or progress toward) is preferred.
• Experience with process mapping, automation, and analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and sources of variation using data and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Develop scalable process solutions balancing quality, service, cost, and compliance.
• Evaluate systems and workflows for optimization and automation opportunities.
• Establish process standards and performance metrics to sustain improvements.
