Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in simulation software, data visualization tools, and PM methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major process improvement projects across multiple departments.
