Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a qualified Sr. Program Manager to join the Program Management team at our Riverview, Michigan HPAPI facility.

You will be the primary interface with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle and supporting the RFP process with BD for new opportunities. You will own client relationships, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate with Piramal Pharma Solutions teams to deliver successful programs while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• B.S. in a technical discipline is required.
• PM certification is preferred.
• MBA or related advanced degree desirable.
• 3–5 years in project/business management in pharma is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and delivery of client programs on site.
• Manage client communication on quality, budget and delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Identify and address scope changes with internal teams and BD involvement.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and develop detailed schedules.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and internal teams.
