Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the deployment of OE capabilities across the US Area, partnering with area leaders to drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI.

You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, and build capability through training and tool deployment, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost improvements that enhance customer experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Lean or continuous improvement roles.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring of leaders and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of The Maersk Way Operating System in US Area.
• Coach leaders to reach business goals using operational excellence methods.
• Deliver training sessions and ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean initiatives when needed.
