Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations specialist to support core service delivery within an operational unit. You will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and help resolve escalated process issues.

The role emphasizes identifying risks, driving improvements in production processes, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Understanding of customer needs and satisfaction.
Ability to create customized customer solutions.
Ability to assess and manage risks.
Experience driving change in production or processes.
Independent resolution of compliance issues.

Responsibilities

Support an operational service or initiative within an operational unit.
Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact.
Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues.
Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation.
Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process.
Ensure the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
Drive risk mitigation activities.
