Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven professional to consolidate and analyze operational data across multiple sources, and to produce impactful reports for senior leadership. You will develop tools and processes that streamline reporting and support distribution systems.

You will create standard formats, present findings to stakeholders, and help detect and address real-time issues in operations. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain management and distribution systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Access and Project.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, track, trend and report on operational data from multiple data points.
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide tools to operations management to detect real-time problems and act quickly.
• Develop reporting systems for operational support with standardized formatting and documentation.
• Review and implement reporting improvements and enhancements.
