Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a capable Business Analytics professional to develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for leadership. You will monitor vendor performance, service levels, and KPIs while providing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires a strong background in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI, plus experience in healthcare operations or finance. Travel ~10% is expected in a general office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, healthcare administration, data analytics, information systems, statistics, or related field.
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and KPI-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scoreboards, and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on vendor performance, service levels, and contractual obligations.
• Analyze operational trends, productivity metrics, and departmental KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor print, fulfillment, and document services utilization to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
• Support budget planning, cost analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational data and reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify and implement process improvements using data-driven analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business and operational needs.
