Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders to turn data into insight and action
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards focused on operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacity
• Create scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
• Proactively identify insights and opportunities for leadership teams
• Partner with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to enhance data quality and usability
• Create concise, executive-ready reporting and summaries communicating findings and recommendations
• Establish and maintain standard definitions, metrics, documentation, and reporting governance
• Support operational teams through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement initiatives
• Travel of up to 25% may be required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams


• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms


• Strong SQL experience


• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders


• Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy


• Self-starter able to operate effectively with minimal direction


• Ability to anticipate business needs


• Strong communication skills for executive audiences


• Financial, banking, or operational analytics experience preferred


• Experience supporting operations, fulfillment, or shared services environments preferred


• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts preferred
