Develops and maintains operational reporting, performance dashboards, vendor scorecards, and analytical insights to support enterprise document services. Leverages data to drive operational excellence, evaluate vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide decision support for leadership and executive stakeholders.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, operational reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, healthcare operations, finance or other data-driven analytical roles required. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge: Data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies. Business intelligence concepts and dashboard development. Operational analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting or data visualization tools.
Data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy practices.
Trend analysis, productivity measurement, and performance monitoring.
Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately 10% of the time.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, and internal equity.
