Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced business analytics professional to develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders in Oregon. You will monitor vendor performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic initiatives.

With 2+ years in analytics, you will support budget planning, cost analyses, and process improvements while ensuring data integrity across print, fulfillment, and document services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, operational reporting, or related data-driven roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, data analytics, information systems, statistics, or related field.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scoreboards, and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on vendor performance, service levels, and contractual obligations.
• Analyze operational trends, productivity metrics, and departmental KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor print, fulfillment, and document services utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
• Support budget planning, cost analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational data and reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify and implement process improvements using data-driven analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business and operational needs.
