Job Title: Operational Accounting Assistant 2

Location: Sioux Falls SD 57104

Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extensions)

Pay range: $19- $20

Job Description :

• Support Operational Accounting; proactively seek ways to improve processes.
• This contractor will be supporting the unclaimed property group to complete data updates and review customer requests.
• Perform moderately complex operational support tasks.
• Receive direction from supervisor and escape non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
• Data Entry
• Some experience with MS Excel (familiarity will be needed, this can include any training or classes)
• Prior financial services experience would be a stronger candidate
• Accounting experience would be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable with technology
• Any experience meeting deadlines, working under urgency
• Faster typing skills are valuable
• Attention to detail required, accounting background preferred, ability to multitask essential, data entry skills desired.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Operational Accounting support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
