Job summary

Guttman Holdings, Inc. seeks an ETRM Accountant to match daily movements, maintain automatcher rules, and ensure accurate billing across product movements and fees. This hybrid role is based in Belle Vernon, PA, focusing on precise daily accounting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills, with ERP/ETRM experience preferred. Month-end duties and audits support are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP/ETRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and/or match all daily movements in the ETRM system.
• Prepare and analyze daily accounting transaction reports.
• Collaborate to resolve automatic matching exceptions.
• Create and maintain automatcher rules in the ETRM system.
• Reconcile daily delivered gallons, fees, and related charges to ensure proper billing.
• Create/update deals for new products, customers, and locations.
• Compile supporting detail for audit requests.
• Assist with month-end duties and deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
