Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for supplier delivery issues, liaising between Global Supply Chain and Procurement
• Participate in supplier reviews to enhance delivery performance
• Support supply continuity during supplier disruptions
• Develop recovery plans for supply chain issues
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Provide status updates to stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify root causes and resolutions

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
