IT Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

Duration: 6 months+ (likely to be very long-term)

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily progress of all workflows for transactions related to your programs.
• Manage Coupa procurement tool and create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for a large Data Center team.
• Oversee all tender events and related contract generation.
• Create and submit Purchase Requests and enter information into procurement systems.
• Monitor and manage the purchase requisition process with input from business owners and suppliers.
• Audit internal tools, processes, and transactions to ensure SLA compliance and data integrity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong experience with Coupa procurement software.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience as a purchaser, buyer, or in an operational procurement role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience procuring IT infrastructure hardware and services.
• Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of popular procurement tools.
• Experience with requisitioning and invoice management.
