Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and operational records.

• Support issue resolution and follow-up on service concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with food service, safety, and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Immediate need for a talented Operation Specialist . This is a 24+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Rahway, NJ(Onsite).

Pay Range: $35/hr - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmEST.
• Work Location: Candidate can be based out in Rahway, West Point, PA or Upper Gwyenned, PA.
• Support day-to-day corporate dining operations and service delivery
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service partners
• Track supplier performance against SLAs, service standards, and KPIs
• Assist with invoice review and approval, cost tracking, and basic budget monitoring
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and operational records

• Proficiency with computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office
• Strong people skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting supplier scorecards, service reporting, or KPI tracking
• Exposure to invoice processing, budget support, or vendor reconciliation
• Knowledge of workplace dining operations, catering, or food service compliance
