• Maintains sterile technique and asepsis in all procedures.
• Ensures equipment functioning and readiness for cases.
• Communicates effectively with surgical team and patients.
• Adapts procedures to patient needs and ages (neonate to geriatric).
• Performs intraoperative handling and counting of instruments and supplies.
