Job summary

• Participates in direct one-to-one patient observation to maintain a safe & therapeutic environment.
• Engages in therapeutic communication and assists nurses & designated health care professionals in keeping detailed records, maintaining clear communication between the care team & families.
• May serve as a resource (lead), role model & / or mentor.
