Job summary

Optim Health is seeking a full-time Surgical Technician for Savannah, GA. You will prepare the operating room, assemble instruments, and assist surgeons while maintaining a sterile environment. The role requires knowledge of asepsis standards and strong teamwork.

Experience preferred but new grads will be considered. NBSTA certification or eligibility and BLS certification are preferred qualifications for this position.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• NBSTA Certification as a surgical technologist preferred or eligible.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares operating room for procedures, assembles supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Assists surgeons during surgical procedures and maintains sterility.
• Monitors and maintains instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Contributes to a safe, efficient, and organized surgical team environment.
