Ascension St. John Jenks is seeking a Surgical Tech to support the Operating Room. You will perform terminal cleaning of ORs daily, transport case carts and equipment, manage supply par levels, and assist with patient positioning under supervision. This full-time day-shift role offers three 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

Preferred credentials include Surgical Tech. High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience is required, with licensure waived if applicable.

Formación

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Performs terminal cleaning of each operating room daily, including thorough decontamination of furniture, equipment and air vents.
• Transports case carts, equipment and supplies and disposes of hazardous waste according to policies and procedures.
• Monitors and maintains supply inventories at an appropriate par level.
• Provides physical assistance for patient positioning, lifting and, moving as directed by clinical nursing staff.

Educación
