Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's is seeking an OR Service Line Lead to oversee daily operations and coordinate services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.

You will collaborate with all healthcare disciplines to execute the patient’s plan‑of‑care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory requirements, while coordinating staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity and capital budgets.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as RN, or active multistate RN license.
• Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Operating Room experience; prior service line coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all healthcare disciplines to execute the patient's plan-of-care.
• Meet Nurse Practice Act, Title 22, Joint Commission standards and care plans.
• Coordinate staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity and capital budgets.
• Take call as needed by the department and perform other duties as assigned.
