Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Formulate and revise care plans with patient/family and health team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise the care provided by others.
• Communicate status and progress to care team to ensure continuity.
