Job summary

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You will apply clinical expertise, perform nursing interventions, and collaborate with surgeons to ensure patient safety during surgical procedures.

This role offers evening shifts, up to 40 hours per week, with 4 ten-hour shifts, a 10K sign-on bonus for experienced OR nurses, and opportunities to grow within a top trauma center.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing, preferably OR.
• Ability to work evenings; 40-hour schedule with 4x10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological and nursing needs in the OR and plan care.
• Implement and evaluate the nursing plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate with physicians and staff.
