Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to join a Level II Trauma Center team. This full-time role covers 3 night shifts per week and may include on-call responsibilities.

You will work with a tight-knit team, scrub and circle a wide variety of procedures, and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for eligible RN with 1+ year OR experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care including discharge planning and goals with patient/family.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates care with the health care team.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the plan of care as needed.
• Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
