Soliant is seeking an OR Registered Nurse in Concord, NC to support a dynamic surgical team and ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care across all phases of surgery.

Responsibilities include prepping the operating room, monitoring patients before/during/after surgery, maintaining sterile technique, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and staff. Requires an unencumbered NC RN license and 1 year OR experience.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Operating Room setting.
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare operating room, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgery, responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia, and other team members to ensure a safe and effective operative experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and charting standards.
• Uphold sterile technique and infection control procedures at all times.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education and support.
