Job summary

ACCESS AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER LLC in New Hampshire seeks an OR Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality perioperative care. The RN will plan, direct and deliver nursing care for surgical patients, coordinate with the surgical team and maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate holds an NH RN license, an associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), BCLS and ACLS, CNOR preferred, and has 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active NH Registered Nurse license required.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1–3 years of experience required.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in the OR per procedure and policy.
• Monitor and assess patients receiving conscious sedation.
• Adhere to aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Document operative nursing records (site confirmation, ID verification, time-out).
• Ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance for patients/families.
• Restock rooms and manage supplies and equipment par levels.
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and QA/QI initiatives.
