AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Baylor for the Operating Room at City Campus, full-time night shift. The role collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality perioperative care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in New Jersey, BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS within 6 months, with CNOR preferred. The position emphasizes continuous professional growth and patient-centered care in a dynamic OR environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current NJ RN licensure or multi-state license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of assignment.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care with physicians and team.
• Lead the nursing care process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Perform limited laboratory services and specimen handling.
• Ensure care activities follow standards and organizational policies.
• Support performance improvement and ongoing professional development.
