Job summary

The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional at Baylor Scott & White Health who coordinates patient care using the BSWH nursing model. The RN assesses patients, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates responses to ensure safe passage through the healthcare process.

As part of the team, you will delegate tasks based on competencies, promote safety, and support learning for patients, families, and staff while maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program or equivalent experience
• Major: Nursing
• 2 Years of Experience
