Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for our Houston locations. You will work across multiple surgical service lines in a fast-paced perioperative environment, delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians, anesthesia, and ASC/Clinic staff.

The role requires ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in the OR with ASC or hospital experience.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Active Texas RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association.
• 2+ years RN in Operating Room.
• Experience in ASC or hospital setting.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital experience; multi-site or float experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicate information effectively with physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors.
• Perform safe and competent operative nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Adhere to AORN/ASPAN standards in the operating room.
