Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is recruiting an Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver perioperative care across multiple surgical service lines in a busy ASC/hospital environment. The RN will partner with physicians, anesthesia, and OR staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements include ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in the OR; ASC or hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active Texas RN license or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
• 2+ years of RN experience in Operating Room.
• RN experience in ASC or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical service lines.
• Develop effective working relationships with physicians, anesthesia, and OR staff.
• Communicate patient conditions appropriately to team members.
• Perform safe operative nursing care according to policies and ASC/ASPAN/AORN standards.
