ChristianaCare seeks an experienced OR RN II to join our state-of-the-art Operating Room at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. This full-time/flex role offers a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule with day shifts and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for eligible candidates, plus a robust benefits package.

You'll work within a high-performing team in a Level I Trauma Center, delivering compassionate care and achieving outstanding outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert OR nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
• Assist in perioperative processes and maintain sterile technique.
