Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN II for our state-of-the-art OR team. This full-time/flex position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus (for eligible candidates) and a day/evening schedule with 12-hour shifts.

You will join a high-performing team delivering exceptional surgical care in a Magnet-designated organization. Requirements include BSN or progress within three years, current RN license, and at least two years of OR nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience
• CNOR certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OR nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the OR team to ensure patient safety and exemplary outcomes.
• Support the operating room team with procedures and post-anesthesia care as needed
