Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a part-time Operating Room Nurse in Wilmington, DE. The role includes 40 hours bi-weekly, day shift, with 3 of 4 weekends, and a $5K sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• At least 2 years of Operating Room experience.
• Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room and support patient safety.
• Collaborate with the OR team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• Adhere to licensure requirements and pursue BSN within three years if not already completed.
