Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE, is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN II for a full-time/flex role. You’ll join a high-performing OR team in a state-of-the-art facility, part of ChristianaCare’s Magnet-acclaimed nursing program.

Schedule features day shifts (7:00 am–4:30 pm), four days a week with 72 hours bi-weekly and periodic PRN/trauma call requirements. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, paid over 12 months; BSN required or pursuit within three years;

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Operating Room RN Experience required.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and trauma call requirements.
