ChristianaCare's Newark, DE campus seeks an experienced Operating Room RN II to join its high-performing OR team. This full-time role offers a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule with day/evening shifts, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive environment at a renowned Level I trauma center.

The role requires a BSN or commitment to complete it within three years, current RN licensure, and 2+ years OR RN experience. CNOR is a plus; salary ranges are provided and benefits are strong.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or dedication to acquiring within three years of hire.
• Current RN license to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care in a fast-paced OR.
• Assist with procedures, wound care, and patient advocacy.
• Maintain sterile technique and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient case flow.
