Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required per latest update on 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect information from the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Plan and educate patients and families, coordinating with team for education and referrals.
• Implement care with delegation and coordination to ensure timely, evidence-based interventions.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as goals are achieved or altered.
• Maintain professionalism, comply with regulatory standards, and document accurately with licensure compliance.
