Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree required; BSN within four years if <12 months of experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update; prior hires held previous requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
