Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado is seeking an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the OR while delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing.

Scheduled weekly hours: 36, with an hourly rate between $37.45 and $57.29, plus a generous benefits package. We offer medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250, retirement contributions,

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025; those hired earlier remain under prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks as needed.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans accordingly.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, and accurate documentation.
