Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri seeks an experienced Operating Room RN – First Assistant to join our perioperative team. You will coordinate patient care with surgical staff, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and provide leadership to other caregivers while upholding Mercy's mission and standards.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 4x10 schedule, with shift 11:00am–9:30pm and limited call.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating.
• 3+ years preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification within 1 year.
