Fairview Health Services seeks a System Professional Development Specialist RN for the OR, primarily at Ridges Hospital with occasional duties at Southdale Hospital. The role is 0.8 FTE, typically 8-hour day shifts, across four shifts per week with flexible hours.

The PDS is a clinical education expert responsible for identifying learning needs, developing curricula, and delivering education to nursing staff and healthcare personnel, aiming to improve patient outcomes and population health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• 3 years Operating Room RN experience.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, precepting, or training.
• MN RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
