Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Current Florida RN license (valid eNLC acceptable).
• BLS certification required; ACLS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.
• National specialty certification within two years of hire when available.

Responsibilities

• Enhances clinical competence of team members with Education Action Plan and Needs Assessment.
• Develops orientation for assigned areas and collaborates with nursing leadership.
• Promotes quality and safety initiatives and adult learning principles.
• Maintains Sunrise EMR documentation competency and supports education programs.
