Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration (BLS required unless ACLS current).
• BSN degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process from Admission to Discharge for the patient population.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care within the unit.
• Delegates tasks according to competency and scope of practice.
