Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in Worcester, MA. This role provides direct patient care in a busy OR, with a 12-hour day shift and a 36-hour work week.

A staff position offering a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 based on eligibility and a comprehensive onboarding process including health screening and background checks. Required education includes graduation from a state-approved nursing program with licensure; a BSN/MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing; CPR certification.
• Background check and health screening including drug screen required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients per shift.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; supervise staff as assigned.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource use.
