Job summary

AdventHealth Parker in Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications and monitor progress in a fast-paced surgical unit.

You will document care in the EMR, maintain safety standards, and contribute to family education. A minimum of 1 year OR nursing experience and RN license are required; BLS is mandatory.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
1 year of surgical (OR) experience required.

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and needs through evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately per protocols.
Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document care activities meticulously in medical records.
